UNFOLDING INTO SIMPLICITY
A spring retreat to reconnect with nature and your essence in a quiet landscape just outside Berlin.
10 -12 April 2026
Haus Erlengrund, Brandenburg

Slow down. Pause. Listen.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, to listen and to re-discover the quiet magic of simple things: moving with kindness towards yourself, breathing with awareness, and allowing empty spaces to simply exist, without the urge to fill every moment.
The subtlest essence is not grasped by adding, but by removing.
In recent years, we seem to have lost the ability to rest in simplicity. We feel the need to add, decorate, embellish, as if the practice itself were no longer enough. Yet yoga is a practice of subtraction. A soft and steady unveiling. It removes what is not essential and leads us back to the body, the breath, the silence, the awareness.
It invites us to stay with ourselves just as we are, without special effects, without distractions. Because the practice is already complete.
Over the course of this weekend, through mindful movement, breath work, meditation, and time in nature, we will gently unfold back into what truly matters: a slower rhythm, a softer gaze, a simpler way of being.
What to expect.
Daily Yoga Practices
Each day will begin and end with mindful yoga sessions designed to support grounding, softening, and reconnecting with your inner rhythm. Morning practices will gently awaken the body; evening practices will guide you toward restoration and stillness.
Opening & Closing Circles
We will gather in circle at the beginning and end of the retreat to set intentions, share reflections, and create a sense of community and presence.
Nourishing Vegetarian Meals
You will be served three wholesome vegetarian meals a day, prepared with care and simplicity to support your practice and overall wellbeing.
Free Time
Enjoy the sauna, take a peaceful walk, dip into the lake if you don’t mind April’s cool waters, or allow yourself the rare luxury of doing nothing at all.
The retreat will be guided in English.
