SARA
MARTINUZ
Ciao! I'm Sara, a passionate yoginī and certified yoga teacher based in the city of Berlin. Originally from Italy, I studied Organizational Psychology and began my career as an HR Specialist in Milan.

My yoga journey began in 2011 as a quest for solace from the stresses of my job in the Fashion Industry. What started as a means of stress relief evolved into a process of self-discovery through yoga. After a few years of constant practice and in pursuit of a deeper understanding, I committed to a 2-year Hatha Yoga teacher training under the guidance of Maurizio Morelli, a seasoned Yoga teacher. I began teaching my first group and private classes in 2015 and soon what started as a complementary activity to my job, became my full-time job.

To be able to offer support and guidance through various stages of life, I delved further into the art of teaching and obtained certifications in Restorative Yoga and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga.
I enriched my education by taking courses in anatomy, sequencing, philosophy and Hindu mythology.

My curiosity and commitment to continuous learning led me to study with a multitude of teachers, each contributing with unique perspectives to my teaching style. Recently, I completed a 300-hour teacher training with Jason Crandell, a distinguished contemporary yoga teacher whose insights enriched my practice and, consequently, the experiences I share with my students.

As a yoga teacher I embrace the understanding that I can't be everything to everyone. But in each class I teach, I commit to help my students improve their well-being through yoga practice: fostering a sense of ease in their unique bodies, clarity in their minds and balance in their nervous system.

While I provide clear instructions and precise techniques, I also value creating space and silence for students to tune into their own sensations and breath. My teaching approach honors and respects individual differences while encouraging the unfolding of each practitioner's potential.

In my classes, I cultivate a warm and supportive environment that goes beyond physical postures, emphasizing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

I offer both private and group classes. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I'm here to assist you in crafting a personalized yoga practice tailored to your needs and aspirations.

Feel free to reach out if you have any inquiries or would like to schedule a class.

Looking forward to sharing the journey of self-discovery and well-being with you.
