Almost everyone has tried it as a child: hands on the ground, feet in the air. The handstand is one of those eye-catching moves that’s as fun to try as it is to watch.
Back then, we didn’t worry about whether we could hold it. We just went for it. But as adults, the focus shifts from playful exploration to overthinking. Do I have the strength? What if I fall? What exactly do I need to do?
With all these questions, the handstand starts to feel more daunting than fun.

This workshop is designed for those who want to start practicing handstand without having previous experience, but also for those who are already comfortable with inversions but still rely on the wall for balance and support.
